1、AbstractForeigndirectinvestment(FDI)isthemostimportantpaaemofusingforeigncapitalinChina．FDIhasdoneagreatcontributiontopropelChina’Seconomy．Thechangeofexchangerate(appreciationanddepreciation)mayinfluenceamulti—nationalcompany’Scompetitivenessandinvestmentdecision．Therefore，

2、underthecurrentbackgroundofcontinuousappreciationofRMB，theresearchoftheimpactofexchangerateonChina’SFDIinflowwillmakesense．ThispaperconsidersthatFDIofdifferenttypeofindustryhasdifferentinvestmentmotivationandcharacteristic．Thechangeofexchangeratewillimposedifferentprocessan
