2、herelationshipbetweenTGF-β1、ET-1andkidneyinjurycausedbydiabetes.ExploretheprotectiveeffectsofMMFinkidneytissueofdiabeticrats.Method:1．The30maleSDrats，adaptivefeedingoneweek，wererandomlydividedintonormalcontrolgroup(10rats),theexperimentalgroup(20rats).Streptozotocin(STZ),atadoseof65mg/kgbodyweightd

3、issolvedincitratebuffer,wasinjectedintraperitoneallytoinducediabetes.SevendaysafterSTZinjection,bloodglucoselevelwascheckedusingtheglucometer.Theanimalswithabloodglucoselevelofmorethan16.7mmol/Lwereconsidereddiabeticandincludedinthestudy.Theanimalsweresegregatedintothreegroupswithtenanimalseach.The

4、groupsincludedwerenormalcontrolrats(N),STZinduceddiabeticrats(D),diabeticratstreatedwithMMFatadoseof10mg/kg•1daybyfillthestomachfor4weeks(M).TheratsofgroupNandDwerereceivedthesameamountsolventfor4weeks.2．Ratsineachgroupweredealedwithinfourweek.Collectedurinesampleswithmetaboliccagesmethod.Collected

5、bloodandpreparedRenalbiopsy.Bloodglucoselevelwascheckedusingtheglucometer.Serumcreatinine，ureanitrogen，andUrinaryproteinconcentrationweredetectedbyAutomaticbiochemicalanalyzer.QuatilyofkidneyandratweretestedbyElectronicbalance.Renalpathologicalchangeswereobservedunderlightmicroscope（400-fold）.TGF-β
