1、万方数据摘要㈣洲㈣㈣㈣㈣⋯IⅧIY2781424唐代募兵制下士卒待遇问题研究中国古代史专业研究生：姜玉娟指导老师：谢元鲁摘要士卒是唐代社会群体的一个重要组成部分，特别是唐代中后期募兵制取代府兵制以后，他们在社会生活中扮演着重要的角色。虽然关于唐代士卒的研究成果不少，但是能够涉及到士卒待遇层面的研究却较少。本文试图通过这一时期士卒待遇问题的梳理，对士卒待遇与唐代政局的关系提出+点粗浅的认识。本文共分为四大部分。第一章绪言：这一章主要介绍了本论文的选题背景和选题意义以及唐代募兵制下士卒待遇的相关研究动态；同时指出了该论文研究思路和

2、研究方法。第二章唐代前期军队士卒待遇：这一章主要介绍了唐代前期府兵制下士卒的社会地位和基本生活待遇。随着府兵制的衰落，士卒的待遇也愈来愈无法保障。第三章唐代中后期募兵制下军队士卒待遇：这一章主要陈述了府兵制衰落过程中士卒待遇状况以及随着府兵制衰落过程中，士卒待遇的下降。然后论述了募兵制下军队士卒的军粮、服饰、医疗等待遇。最后分析了士卒赏赐制度以及给予士卒授勋、赐物待遇状况。第四章唐代军队士卒待遇变化与唐代政治：分别论述了中央神策军和地方藩镇的待遇以及对中晚唐政局产生的影响。关键词：唐代募兵制士卒待遇万方数据——————————
