1、摘要摘要如今我国的连锁企业规模不断扩大，业态更广，范围更大。与此同时，外国连锁巨头相继涌入中国。如沃尔玛、7—11、汉堡王等迅速在我国上演抢地大战。然而国外的连锁经营毕竟比我国早起步很多年，拥有很丰富的战略经验和先进的经营理念以及完善的管理理念。我国的连锁企业与外资企业相比确实存在很多不足。2008年的那次金融危机，使得我国的连锁企业在飞速的发展中不得不放慢脚步。许多企业在这次金融风暴中一命呜呼，也有很多企业挺了过来，究其原因不难发现，流畅雄厚的现金流是其强有力的后盾保障。如今的社会竞争异常激烈，也很浮躁，大家都想扩大自己的版图，特别像连锁经营的企业
2、更是认为快速的扩张，抢占市场是企业发展的唯一途径。但是这种发展模式是片面而激进的。殊不知，企业财务的风险在某些时候能从内部使整个企业瓦解。所以对企业的风险控制是非常必要的。现金流是企业这个大机器的燃料，没有了燃料企业又如何去运转更不要说实现版图扩张的战略呢。所以要想企业像个永动机一样永远动下去，就必须保证企业有源源不断的“燃料”。对企业进行财务风险控制也是出于对企业现金流的控制。在这种情况下，笔者以C市QY眼镜连锁公司为案例，采用规范研究和案例研究相结合的方式，分析了其在最几年来，发展过程中出现的比较严重的问题，从防止财务风险的角度出发，以控制其现金
