3、epowerMOSFET’SOn-Timeisbasedontheinputvoltage,thereferencevoltageandsystemfrequency,whichensurethesystemhasastrongabilityofadaptability.Thispaperhasestablishedthemodelofthemaincontrolloopandthefrequencylockloop.Thencompletetheopen-loopsimulationbyusingMatlab,whichensurethestabilityofthesy
4、stem.InordertOadapttomoreapplicationrequirements,thesystemadoptedtwokindsofworkingmode.OneofthemistheForcedContinuousMode,whichCanrealizelowoutputvoltagerippleandsuitableforthelownoise.AnotheroneisBurstMode,whichCanrealizehilghefficiencyinlightloadbecausethesystemwokeinDiscontinuousCurren
5、tModeandsomepartsenterSleepingMode.ThesimulationandverificationworkofwholedesignbasedonMatlab,Cadence,Hspiceandothertools.ThechiptestresultsshowthatthesystemCanworknormallyandvariousperformanceindexescanmeetthedesignrequirements.TheDC-DCchipisdesignedwithastandardO.35proBCDprocessofKoreaD
6、ongbuHiTek.Themeasuringresultsshowthatthesystemfrequencyisadjustablein800kHz-2.5MHz,theinputvoltagerangeis3.6V~24V,themaximumoutputcurrentis2.5A,thepeakpowerefficiencyCanreach96.1%,itCanworknormallyinbothforcedcontinuousModeandBurstmode.Multipleindexesofthechipcanbeadjusted,usersCanfindth
