2、imentWaSconductedtostudytheeffectandinfluenceofcontinuouscroppingsoilsofAchyranthesbidentataBlume..First,theallelochemicalsintherhizosphericsoilsampledfromthefieldofcontinuouslycroppedA.bidentataBlume.plantswereextractedbywaterandorganicsolvent.Theresultsfromthebioassay
3、inPetridishesshowedthatthepromotioneffectoftheextractsonthegrowthofLactucasativaWassignificant,theeffectrates(ERs)ofthetreatmentsweremorethan25%.Soilsofdifferentcontinuouscroppingyears,especiallythetreatmentsofwaterextractionweremorethan100%.Thisresultimplyingthattheall
4、elochemicalsespeciallyfromthewaterextractsmightcontainplantactivatorstopromotethegrowthofL.sativa.Tofurtherunderstandthemechanismofthegrowthpromotionbytheextracts,subtractivehybridizationsuppression(SSH)WasusedtoinvestigategeneexpressionprofilesofA.bidentataBlumemtreate
5、dwiththeextracts.TenupregulatedgenesfromSSH—eDNAlibraryweresequencedandassigned.Accordingtothefunctioncategory,theidentifiedgeneswererelatedtotheelementarymetabolism,flavonoidsandphytosterolsynthesis.Proteomicswereemployedtoconfirmthemolecularmechanismofgrowthpromotionb
6、ytheextracts.Theresultshowedthat25proteinschangedintheexpressionabundancesinthetreatedplantscomparedwithcontr01.ofwhich15wereup.regulatedand10down—regulated.Basedonthefunctionsoftheidentifiedproteins,theseprotainsweremainlyrelatedtonutritionabsorptionandmetabolism,Secon
7、darymetabolismandresistance,signaltransduction,aswellasnucleotidesandproteinsynthesis.Basedonanalysisofdifferentialgeneexpressiononandproteinsynthesis,bySSHandproteomics,ThefindingssuggestedthattheformercropA.bidentataBlume.formedallelochemicals,thisallelochemicalsmaybe
