2、icalsensors(includingchemicalluminescencesensor,thefluorescentsensor)werereviewedindetail,andtheworkforbiologicalsensorswithcarbonnanometermaterialdetectionwassummarized.Inthechaptertwo,Thecarbonnanotubes(CNTs—COOH)andoxidationgraphitesurfaces(GO)ofnanomaterialsweresynthesized,thephaseandmorphol
3、ogyofproductswerecharacterizedbyHighresolutiontransmissionelectronmicroscopyandFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy.ThemorphologyofOxidationgraphitesurfaces(GO)wereidentifiedasflakestructurebyTEMphotographsandthesmallestpiecessizewasfor50nm.Carbonnanotubes(CNTs—COOH)wastubularnanoscalematerials,
4、nofixedlengthandthediametersizedistributionintherangeof5~10nm.TheFT-IRresultshewthattheCNTs—COOHfunctionalgrouppipecontainsalotofCOOHgroups.Inthechapterthree,TheRNAhadbeenquantitativeanalysisbythedetectionmethodofflowinjectionchemiluminescencebasedontheoxidationofgraphiteenzymecirculationamplifi
