4、ingtheresearchfruitofmanagerialscience.WhatmakesittotallydifferentfromthepreviousmanagerialaccountingtheoryisthatVBMemphasizesthecoreplaceofvalueinthecompanymanagementaswellasthegoalofimprovementofentirevalueofthefirm.Thistheoryhighlyunifiesthemarketvalueoutsideandeconomicvalueinside.Thisess
