1、AbstractAbstractProjectduration,costandqualityarethreemainobjectivesofengineeringprojects.Thecurrentcontrolsofthethreeaspectsarerelativelyindependent,whichproducetheeffectinpracticeislimited,mostlybecausethepresentcontrolmethodsonlyfocusonthepurelyconsideredcontrolofthethreeasp

2、ectsandlackofintegratedcontrol.Inordertoaddresstheissueofcoordinationbetweenthethreeobjectivesbetterandprovideeffectivedecisionsupportformanagers,atime-cost-qualitytrade-offmodelhasbeenbuilt.InadditiontheNon-dominatedNeighborImmuneAlgorithm(NNIA)hasbeenusedtosolvethemodel.Thema

3、jorcontentsandachievementofthethesisaresummarizedasfollows:(1)BasedontheSystemReliabilityTheory,anengineeringprojectisseenasasystem.TheBinaryDecisionDiagram(BBD)hasbeenusedtocalculatethequalitylevelofaproject.Therefore,thelogicalrelationshipsofprocessesofengineeringprojectwillb

4、econsideredfully.(2)Theexistingtime-costmodels,time-qualitymodelsandcost-qualitymodelshavebeenanalyzedandsummarized.Therewardandpunishmentsystemoftimeandcostinengineeringpracticehasbeenconsideredandatime-cost-qualitytrade-offmodelhasbeenbuiltbasedontheSystemReliabilityTheory.Th

5、enthethreemainobjectivesofengineeringprojectshavebeencombinedorganically.(3)Thedeficienciesandlimitationsofsolutionstomulti-objectiveoptimizationproblemhavebeenconsidered.Becauseofthegreateradvantagetosolvehigh-dimensionalmulti-objectiveoptimizationproblem,theNon-dominatedNeigh
