4、pedforsuccessfulmonitoringandcontroltoleadtheprojecttosuccess.Inthisarticle,wewilldiscussintheconstructionphase,howcanaprojectmanagertobesuccessfulbudgetcontrol.2.THECONCEPTANDTHEPURPOSEOFPROJECTCONTROLANDMONITORErelandRaz(2000)statethattheprojectcontrolcycleconsistsof
