1、江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文摘要广州市永欣木业有限公司是一家多层复合实木地板基材生产企业，成立于1994年，经过近二十年的发展，但仍摆脱不了家族式企业的管理模式，企业发展遇到了“瓶颈"。自2008年全球金融风暴过后，与许多中小地板基材企业一样企业的发展陷入了前所未有的困境，研究与制定企业的发展战略已经迫不急待地提上了议事日程。本文在当前国内外学者对企业发展战略研究现状分析及木地板基材行业现状分析的基础上，结合广州市永欣木业有限公司的实际情况，在相关的企业发展战略基础理论的指导下，利用SWOT分析方法对广州市永欣木业有限公司内

2、外部发展环境进行深入分析研究，指出广州市永欣木业有限公司发展面I瞄的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，确定了纵向一体化的总战略并采用SWOT方法制定了具体的组合策略。研究结果对广州市永欣木业有限公司的发展方向指明了方向，同时也为木地板基材行业的同类型企业在制定企业发展战略时提供了一定的参考。本文对广州市永欣木业有限公司企业发展战略的研究分析，为广州市永欣木业有限公司日后的发展提出许多有益的启示，将为公司的产品升级、产业延伸、战略定位提供一个实际可操作的蓝本。因此，研究与制定企业的发展战略对公司的生存、发展有着极其重要的指导意义。本文也通过具体策
