3、10patientsunderwentbilateralTHAand32patientsoneside.Operationtime,bloodloss,averagepostoperativehospitalization,Harrishipscoreandoperationrelatedcomplicationswereanalyzed.Results:Thepatientswerefollowedupfrom12to61monthswithanaverageof39months.Theoperationtime

4、was30—70minswithanaverageof45mins.Thebloodlosswas70—200mlwithanaverageof110ml.Allthepatientswereambulatory5daysaftersurgerywiththehelpofawalker.Noneofinfection,dislocation,deepvenousthrombosis、thighpainandheterotopicossificationhappened.Harrishipscoreare88-97p

5、ointswithanaverageageof93.2points3monthsaftersurgery.Conclusion:Totalhiparthroplastywithpreservationoffemoralneckhastheadvantagesofminimalinvasion,lessbloodloss,goodbiodynamicharmony、excellentstabilityoftheprosthetichip,andlessprosthesiswear,Itcanreplacetradit
