1、中文摘耍摘要随着企业发展规模扩大和现代化，企业战略管理己成为企业管理的重要组成部分。企业财务战略作为企业战略的一个重要组成部分，影响着企业的整体运作和目标实现。由于我国企业进行企业财务战略管理的观念不足，限制了企业的发展和壮大。我国建筑工程行业竞争激烈，企业增长迅速。建筑施工企业加强企业战略管理，才能抓住市场机遇，扩大市场份额，在激烈的市场竞争中胜出。企业财务战略的制定对于建筑施工企业DLDS公司的企业战略目标的制定和企业成长具有重大意义。本文结合企业财务战略理论，从企业战略的角度切入对DLDS公司企业财务战略的研究，通过分析DLDS企业内部的财务、人力资源、营销能力等方面优势
2、和所存在的问题，并运用"波特五力模型"分析企业所处建筑施工行业的外部环境以及宏观经济对行业的影响，得出了DLDS公司企业财务战略的目标。利用得出的结论，对公司的预算、内控和核算体系进行了初期、中期和长期的规划，并提出了具体实施措施。本文的研究能够准确分析DLDS公司财务管理所处的环境，为DLDS公司的财务战略制定给出了依据。本文所制定的DLDS公司企业财务战略规划的歩骤和方法能够为相关企业制定财务战略方法和思路提供借鉴。关键词：企业财务战略；企业财务管理；战略环境分析；战略规划英文摘耍ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentandmodernization,ente
