1、FDI技术溢出对——基于广专业：世界经济硕士生：李庆云指导教师：邹建华教授摘要FDI的技术溢出效应，对东道国自主创新所起的作用如何一直是理论界关注的焦点之一。FDI的载体——跨国公司是绝大多数前沿技术的创新者，也是全球技术转移与技术扩散的主体。由于技术，特别是在高新科技领域，具有，’。‘泛的外溢性，引进FDI与跨国公司开展卓有成效的合作，是发展中国家获得技术、提高创新能力的重要渠道。本文收集2001--2007年广东25个工业行业相关数据，运用面板数据模型，实证分析了FDI的溢出对广东企业自主创新的影响。本文的实证研究结果表明：F

2、DI在广东省存在显著、正向的技术溢出效应，即FDI能促进广东企业自主创新；在随后时间层面的动态分析中发现FDI的这种作用在不同期间内呈现出交替现象。最后，本文根据实证分析结果提出政策建议，广东应该积极改善投资环境，在利用外资政策上应扬长避短，注重外资引进质量，发扬政府在企业创新中的引导作用，增强企业在创新体系中的主体地位，使得利用外资和实现J“东经济发展战略以及提高企业自主创新能力的目标统一起来，使广东从开放的世界中获得更多的比较利益，提升J“东省的区域竞争力。关键词：自主创新，外商直接投资(FDI)，跨国公司，技术溢出效应The
