3、mentmanufacturingenterprisesoperateonmultipleprojects,someproblemshavebeenraised,resourceconflicts,lowresourceutilization,projectdelayanddeficitsduetoresourceinteractions.Insuchsituation,thisthesisisfocusonFAenterprisemulti-projectissuesthatwillhelpcompaniesreduceoperatingcost
4、sandimprovecompetitiveness.BasedonthepracticalsituationsofautomotiveindustryintheFAequipmentmanufacturingenterprises,thisarticlewillmakeresearchonresourceallocationmanagementinmulti-projectenvironment,andraisefeasiblemethodsandtoolsonresourceallocationinFAenterpriseprojects.Th
