2、vantagesofcycloidgearisconcerned,andalsotheaccuracyrequirementsofcycloidgearcanbeeasilymetbytheraisinglevelofprocessing.However,thecycloidgeardoesnothavetheseparabilityasinvolutegear,andresearchesmentionedabovelaystressontheappropriateparametersselectingormethodofcirclecycloidsplic
3、ing,makingtheessenceisstillthetraditionalcycloidengagementandtheapplicationisgreatlylimited.Thetoothprofiledescribedinthisarticle,asiscallednewuniversalcycloidtoothprofile,isthedeformationoftraditionalcircularcycloidtoothprofile.Itremainstheadvantagesofcycloidgear,solvesthecenterli
4、nespacingproblemandincreasestoothstrength.Thistoothprofileisformedbythedeformationofhypocycloid,involuteanddeformationepicycloid,whoseconjugatetoothprofileisgeneratedbyprinciplesofgear.Theleastteethnumberofgearhasthistoothprofileis6,thismeetstheconditionsofthecontactratioandhasnoun
5、dercuttingandgreatlyreducesthevolumeofthegearandreducer.Comparedwithinvolutegear,thisnewuniversalcycloidgearhassmallanduniformslidingrate,biggercomprehensiveradiusofcurvatureandhigherstrengthoftoothcausedofthefigureoftoothprofile.Apairofmeshinggearsdegenerateintotraditionalcycloidg
