3、,thussolvingtheissuessuchasthelackofmilitaryautomatictestsystemuniversality,thelackofinformationsharingandfaultdiagnosiscapabilityetc.Thisarticlemakesaresearchonthedescriptionmethodofsignal-orientedATSbasedonATMLandSTDstandard,andthenproposesarchitectureofsignal-orientedATS,whichsolvestheproblemo
4、ftightly–couplingbetweenthetraditionalinstrument-orientedautomatictestsystemandhardwareresources,andimprovestheuniversalityofthetestingsoftware.Thisarticledesignsaninformationizationautomatictestsystemsoftware,whichrunsonHIT-TENAplatform,usingreconfigurableinstrumentresources.Usingcomponent-based
5、designingidea,thisthesisdividesthesoftwareintotestexecutioncomponent,testinstrumentcomponentandintegratedhistorymanagementcomponentbasedonfunctions.AsignallibrarybasedonSTDstandardisbuiltusingsignalastheinterfaceofinformationtransmissionwithinthetestingsystem.Onthisbasis,thestandardstructureoftes
6、tdescription,instrumentdescription,UUTdescription,teststationdescriptionandtestresultdescriptionbasedonATMLstandardisintroduced.Thisarticledesignsthetestexecutioncomponent,testinstrumentcomponentandintegratedhistorymanagementcomponentbasedonHIT-TENAarchitecture,andgivesadetaileddescriptionofeachc
