2、键课题。“十一五”期间，我国先后投资、合资兴建了部分石化、电力、交通等大型建设项目，同时探索引用了国际流行的项目建设管理模式、应用了国际国内相结合的管理模式，收到了截然不同的建设效果。因此迫切需要对项目建设管理模式进行分析研究，创新出更加适合国有大型项目建设需要的管理模式。通过本文的论述，可以使工程项目管理从业人员认识到对工程项目管理模式研究的重要性和必要性，同时结合我国项目建设的实际情况，借鉴国际先进的项目管理模式，创立更加适合我国项目建设实际的管理模式，为全面加快我国项目建设管理体制改革，将来与国际项目建设管理模式接轨都具有重要的指导意义和推进作用。关键词工程
