2、otentialriskfactorsinIXPEfoammanufacturingprocess.InordertoreducetheimpactoftheseriskfactorsinIXPEfoammanufacturingprocess,riskmanagementforIXPEfoammanufacturingprocessisnecessary.Effectivecopingstrategyforthepotentialriskfactorsshallbedevelopedtoavo
3、idrisks.Inthisarticle,wetaketheCYGcompany’sIXPEfoammanufacturingprocessastheresearchobject.Basedontheliteratureonriskmanagement,wefirstuseDelphimethodtoidentifyriskfactorsinIXPEfoammanufacturingprocess,thenevaluatetheriskdegreeofeachfactor,anduseCron
4、bach’scoefficientalphatoanalyzethereliabilityoftheriskdegrees.Finally,weranktheseriskfactorsandgiveacomprehensiveevaluation.Basedontheresults,weproposeasetofriskcopingstrategiesfortheseriskfactors,andthenevaluatetheperformanceoftheproposedcopingstrat
