1、TIgE、SPT和IOS测定在儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘中的临床意义吴立强陈建平何念海通讯作者：何念海13983726966Email：henianhai@vip.sina.com桂芹王梅（400038重庆，第三军医大学西南医院儿科）【摘要】目的探讨皮肤点刺、血清总IgE和脉冲震荡肺功能测定在学龄前儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘中的作用。方法分别测定并比较100例咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿，102例支气管哮喘患儿及同期我院体检的105例健康儿童血清皮肤点刺结果、IgE水平和脉冲震荡肺功能结果。结果①CVA组、哮喘组患儿吸入性变应原、摄入性变应原、尘螨阳性率、总变应原阳性率和总IgE比较显著高于健康组（P<

2、0.01），CVA组与哮喘组比较差异无统计学意义。②脉冲振荡肺功能检测显示CVA组和哮喘组的呼吸总阻抗（Zrs）、总呼吸黏性阻力（R5）、中心气道黏性阻力（R20）、周边气道黏性阻力（R5-R20）及共振频率（Fres）均高于对照组（P<0.05）；CVA组的Zre、R5、R20、R5-R20、Fres均低于哮喘组（P<0.05）。结论　检测皮肤点刺、血清总IgE和脉冲震荡肺功能有助于了解学龄前儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘气道炎症变化及气道阻塞情况。【关键词】咳嗽变异型哮喘；儿童；皮肤点刺；总IgE；脉冲震荡肺功能【中图分类号】R725.6【文献标志码】AAnalyzingclinica
