1、张湾区2012年性病疫情报告质量研究【摘要】目的:提高辖区性病疫情报告质量、掌握真实疫情水平,为下一步制定科学有效的防治措施提供可靠依据。方法:从《性病监测报告管理系统》中导出相关数据进行统计分析,分析指标:网络报告率、网络报告重复率、及时报告率、误报率、及时审查率。结果:张湾区性病疫情报告;网络直报率、及时报告率、及时审卡率100%、重卡率为3.6%,误报率为0,显示疫情报告质量较好。2012年全区累计报告性病病例250例,计5种,总报告发病率为78.125/十万,其中,梅毒发病123例,占发病总数的49.2%;尖锐湿疣发病58例,占发病总数的23.2%;沙眼衣原体发病38例,占发病总数1
2、5.2%;淋病发病20例,占发病总数6.7%;生殖器疱疹6例,占发病总数2.01%o结论:张湾区在性病诊断与疫情报告质量方面还存在一定的不足。所以必须加强性病门诊的监督和管理工作,落实各项性病监测干预措施及技术规范,强化报病责任人的疫情报告意识和法律意识,以提高性病疫情报告的效率和质量。【关键词】性病;疫情报告;质量分析Zhangwan2012venerealdiseasereportingqualityanalysis[Abstract]Objective:toimprovethequalityofSTDepidemicsituationreportarea,mastertherealep
