1、非匀速活齿机构的传动原理及典型结构*刘大伟1任廷志'章裕琳2(1.燕山大学国家冷轧板带装备及工艺工程技术研究中心秦皇岛0660042.中国重型机械研究院股份公司西安710032)摘要:由于活齿传动具冇结构紧凑,承载能力强,工艺性好等突出优点,将其扩展到非匀速传动领域。首先以推杆活齿传动为例,介绍非匀速活齿机构的基木结构,利用简单的余弦函数构建了内圈齿廓方程,并根据给定传动比畅数,建立外圈齿廓方程;其次对活齿机构连续传动的判定准则,以及内,外圈齿廓与推杆之间的压力角进行了讨论,为非匀速活齿机构的设计提供了理论依据;
2、另外根据活齿机构中推杆的初始位置,将其划分为两种圧本的传动机构,分别固定内圈,外圈和活齿架后,演化出十种具有不同传动待性的非匀速活齿机构。最后建立了具有椭圆齿轮传动特性的活齿机构,分析了同一组设计参数下,组装结构不同时的十种传动效果,并将其与非圆齿轮传动进行了比较。仿真示例表明,非匀速活齿机构设计制造简单,能实现的变速传动效果多样,具有广阔的应用前景。关键词:活齿传动非匀速传动齿廓模型压力角中图分类号:TH132Transmissiontheoryandtypicalstructureofnonuniformme
