1、上海农商银行论文：上海农商银行网上银行系统的优化研究【中文摘要】随着互联网的不断普及和银行自身的大力推动，我国网上银行的业务发展十分迅速,逐渐成为个人和企业获得金融服务的一个重要渠道。目前,我国各家银行几乎都有了网上银行，近几年的网银客户数也迅猛增长，很多客户都接受了网银服务。从发展趋势来看，我国网上银行的服务水平已逐步向国际水平靠拢和看齐。尽管如此，从近几年的网银数据和客户反映来看，与发达国家相比，我国网上银行在安全性、易用性和产品功能等客户普遍关注的方面还存在不足。本论文通过对国内外网上银行的现状与发展方向的研究，基于网上银行需要安全、易用、功能多样化的特点，对上海农
2、商银行网上银行在安全性、易用性和产品功能三方面存在的问题进行了剖析，并结合上海农商银行发展战略规划,提出了网上银行的优化改进方案。同时，该优化方案在上海农商银行网上银行中付诸实施后取得了很好的效果。最后,本论文提出了随着上海农商银行网上银行发展的后续改进建议，在于使上海农商银行的网上银行将获得客户的青睐和使用，成为客户日常生活的一部分。【英文摘要】WiththegrowingpopularityofInternetandthegreatpromotioneffortsofthebanksthemselves,onlinebankingbusinessofChinahasb
