1、前列栓联合穴位注射治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床观察蔡燕磊1王继成1孙自学2邵世营31・郑州市第三人民医院河南郑州450000；2•河南省中医院河南郑州450000；3•河南中医学院第三附属医院河南郑州450000【摘要】目的：观察前列栓联合穴位注射治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床疗效;方法：采用随机、对照的研究方法，将慢性骨盆疼痛综合征湿热瘀阻证患者分为治疗组和对照组，最终对治疗组74例和对照组72例的资料进行统计分析。以前列栓直肠用药为对照组，观察前列栓联合穴位注射的临床疗效；结果：两组间NIH-CPSI总评分、NIH-CPSI疼痛不适评分、生活质

8、.1-般资料所有患者来源于2013年7月至2015年5月郑州市第三人民医院男科门诊，共182人，年龄19-49岁，病程3个月至36个月。
