1、中小企业员工培训满意度研究J.I屮文摘要中文摘要随着中小企业发展对人才的依赖性越来越强，中小企业员工培训满意度研究是现代企业管理研究中的一个重要课题。本文通过文献资料研究法探讨中小企业员工培训满意度的构成，形成屮小企业员工培训满意度调查问卷设计，采用网络邮件发放问卷为主，实地调查为辅,数据收集整理，统计分析中小企业员工培训满意度调查结果，实现了定性与定量相结合的论证过程。经过数据多重分析探讨中小企业员工培训满意度的影响因素，从而提出中小企业员工培训满意度提升策略:培训制度满意度提升策略;培训课程满意度提升策略;培训时间满意度提策略和培训方法满意度提升策略。本文为我国屮小企业员工培训满意度课题进
