6、utionsaroundtheworld.Humanrightslanguage–formerlyabsentfromalmostallconstitutions–nowappearsinmostofthem.Ratherthancharacterizingdevelopedordemocraticstates,humanrightslanguageis,first,especiallycommonincountriesmostsusceptibletoglobalinfluences.Second,humanrightslanguageisdrivenbytheextentofth
