2、. Theoperationprinciplesandmodesofflybackconverterareintroducedindetail. Basedontheresearchofelectromagneticinductiontheory,thetransformerusedin AC/DCconvertersisdesigned.Basedontheanalysisabove,thesystemdesignand circuitsimulationhavebeencompleted.Asoft-startcircuitisdesignedin
3、thechipto preventtherushcurrentandtheovershootoftheoutputvoltagefromdamagingthe powersystem,thesoft-startcircuitenhancesthesafetyandreliabilityofthesystem greatly.ThechiphasacapabilityofCV/CCoutput,itcanreducethechargetimewhen usedinlithiumbatterychargingapparatus.Whenthechipwor
4、ksintheCCmode,PFM modecontrolsthesystem,whenthechipworkintheCVmode,PWMmodecontrols thesystem.Thechipcanprovideflexiblesolutionsfordifferentloads.Theloadcurrent caninfluencetheoutputvoltage,inordertosolvethisproblem,acablevoltagedrop compensationcircuitisproposedtomakesurethesyst
5、emcanstabilizetheoutput voltageevenwhentheloadcurrentchangesalot.Thecircuitenhancestheload regulationandCVprecisiongreatly.EMIperformancecanalsobeoptimizedbyits frequencyjitteringfunction.Thewholechipisdesignedbasedonthe1.0µm40VBCDprocess.Thesimulation andtheverificationarecompl
