1、芜湖市城乡建设用地增减挂钩农户意愿的影响因素分析　　摘要城乡建设用地增减挂钩是优化城乡用地结构与布局，提高土地节约集约利用水平，促进新农村建设与扶贫开发的重要举措，其实施必须以维护农民权益、充分尊重农民意愿为前提。选取安徽省芜湖市为研究案例地，采用PPS抽样法确定调查区域，将问卷与访谈相结合对项目区进行实地调研，并运用二元Logistic模型对调查数据进行分析，以研究芜湖市城乡建设用地增减挂钩中农户意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明：约83.22%的被调查对象参与积极性较高；家庭结构、年龄、文化程度、社会保障及性

2、别等因素对农户参与意愿影响显著；其中家庭结构、年龄、性别与农户参与意愿呈负相关，文化程度、社会保障与农户参与意愿呈正相关。鉴于此，为进一步深入拓展增减挂钩工作，提出完善公共服务能力、强化公共教育体系、多渠道提高农户非农化水平、提高拆旧区搬迁补偿标准、深入推进宅基地退出进程等相关建议。　　关键词城乡建设用地增减挂钩；农户意愿；影响因素；安徽芜湖　　中图分类号F301.24文献标识码A文章编号1007-5739（2016）20-0295-03　　AnalysisonInfluencingFactorsofFar
