3、agement,ensuretherecoveryofminegeologicalenvironmentgovernance,accordingtothe〃mineralresourceslawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,themeasuresfortheadministrationoftheregistrationofmineralresourcesexploitation，zandotherrelevantlawsandregulations,andintegratedtheactualsituationoftheprovinceare
4、formulated.Referredtoinarticle2hereofrestorationmarginofminegeologicalenvironmentgovernance,referstotheminingrightpersonintheprocessofminingofmineralresources,tofulfilitsobligationtocontrolmineenvironmentalrecoveryandstoredinsegregatedaccountsinabankguaranteefund(hereinafterreferredtoas"
5、deposit")・Article3theminingrightpersonsengagedinminingactivitiesintheadministrativeregionoftheprovinceshall,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthesemeasures,depositthedeposit.Article4theadministrativedepartmentoflandandresourcesatorabovethecountylevelshallberesponsibleforsupervisionandadmini
6、strationofthedepositanduseofthedeposit・Speciallyusedforinarticle5ofthedepositfortheexploitationofmineralresourcescausedcollapse,landslide,debrisflow,groundsubsidence,groundfissure,aquifer,landformlandscapedamagesuchasminegeologicalenvironmentprotectionandgovernanee,shallnotbeusedforanyot
