1、脑梗死患者血清超敏c反应蛋白和血浆D-二聚体水平测定的临床应用李静梅冬Na延安大学附属瓦院检验科摘要：R的:探讨脑梗死患者血清超皱C反应蛋口和血浆D-二聚体水平测定的临床应用。方法:随机选取我院收治的60例脑梗死患者(检查组)与同期就诊的50例健康人员作为对照组，对所有体检者进行血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血浆D-二聚体水平检测，并对比两组人员的检测结果。结果:检查组患者的血清hs-CRP为(14.53+6.33)mg/L^血浆D-二聚体水平为(0.43+0.17)mg/L,对照组的血清hs-CRP为(1.65±0.52)mg/L＞血浆D-二聚体水平为(0

2、.14±0.06)mg/L,通过两组人员的血清超敏C反应蛋口和血浆D-二聚体水平比较，检查组脑梗死患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白和血浆D-二聚体水平明显要高于对照组，两组人员的比较差异较显著，有统计学意义。其中脑梗死患者的不同临床分型组间(轻度、中度、重度)血清超敏C反应蛋白和血浆D-二聚体水平比较差异，具有统计学意义，而与血浆D-二聚体水平相比，差异不显著，无统计学意义。结论:血清超敏C反应蛋口和血浆D-二聚体水平与脑梗死发生具有密切的关系，两者联合检测可以判断脑梗死患者的病情轻重程度，具有非常重要的临床意义。关键词：脑梗死;血清超敏C反应蛋白;血浆D-二聚体水平;检
