1、渝东北山区野葛中葛粉和总黄酮含量动态变化探究［摘要］目的通过对渝东北山区野葛中葛粉和总黄酮含量测定，总结其成分在1年中随季节的变化规律，从而确定每年最佳采收时间。方法2011年6月〜2012年5月每月定期采集渝东北山区产野葛样本，切成2〜3mm薄片，自然干燥。通过文献调研，方法稳定性考察确定采用组织捣碎水沉淀法测定野葛葛粉含量；采用UV紫外分光光度法，以葛根素为对照品，在波长250nm处测定样品溶液吸收度,计算出野葛总黄酮含量，从而得到渝东北山区产野葛在1年里葛粉和总黄酮含量随季节的变化规律。结果经实验测定，渝东北山区野葛葛粉和总黄酮含量全年变化趋势基本一致，变化规律为葛粉含量
