2、scloselyrelatedtothebasicenvironmentthatproducesthisclassification(Rosch,1978).Afterstudyingtheliteratureoftherelevantleaders,itcanbefoundthateveryonehasatendencytoclassifyothersinlife(Fiske&Taylor,1991).Especiallyintheorganizationalenvironment,theresearchersfoundthate
3、veryonecanjudgetheidentityofothers,includingleadersandfollowersofthetwocomponents(Lord,Fortie,&Phillips,1982;Lord&Mach,1993).Inthetraditionalsense,thereisaclosecorrelationbetweentheleader'ssuccessorfailureandtheirorganizationalperformanee,iftheorganizationaltaskissucce
4、ssfullycompleted,thentheleaderwillencounterthecorrespondinghonor;iftheorganizationfails,theleaderwillbeblamedandpunishedaccordingly.Infact,thefocusoftheworkofleadersishowtomobilizetheenthusiasmandinitiativeoftheorganization.Intheprocessofactualwork,theleadertakeshispro
5、fessionalperformanceasthefocusofattention,whichalsoleadstoalotofleadersoveremphasizethecorrelation(Fairhurst,2007)betweentheirownbehaviorandtheconsequences(Meindl,1995),infact,itignoresthevariousinfluencesthatthefollowermayhaveontheleader.Itshouldbenotedthatthefollower
6、sarenotexactlythesameastherecipients,andtheyalsohaveastrongsubjectivityandactiveacceptaneeoftheinitiative,andplayanimportantroleinpractice,itwillalsohaveanimpactonthebehavioroftheleader.Thisalsodeterminesthefollowersinthisprocess,wemustdefinetheself,strengthenunderstan
7、ding,onlyinthiswaycanleadtointeraction,andnotonlytheresultofthebehaviorfactorsthatareexternaltotheenvironment.Follower-centeredapproachTherelationshipbetweenleadersisthecentralissueofleadershipresearchatthisstage,andonthisbasistopromotetheeffectiveandscientificleadersh
