4、olicyofhousingloans・Housingoccupiedbyworkers,includingordinarycommodityhousing,affordablehousing,housingconstructionfunds(housingreform,second-handhousing,etc・)・ThirdXi'anhousingprovidentfundmanagementcenter(hereinafterreferredtoasprovidentfundcentres)isthecity'sadministrative

6、rovidentfunddepositmorethan1years,withfullcivilcapacityofworkers,inthepurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousing,canapplyforhousingprovidentfundloans・Sixthemployeeswhoapplyforhousingprovidentfundloansshallmeetthefollowingconditions:(1)havingvalididentificatio
7、npapers;(two)goodcreditandtheab订itytorepaytheprincipalandinterestoftheloan;(three)unitsandindividualswillbeabletodeposithousingprovidentfundontimeandinfull;(four)withthepurchasecontractoragreementinaccordancewiththelaw,orofthelandconstruction,planningandotherdepartmentsapprove
