1、pl4ARF>mdm2、p53在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意作者：杨治花，折虹，丁胡作者单位：宁夏医科大学附属医院,宁夏银川【摘要】目的研究pl4ARF、mdm2、p53在鼻咽癌组织屮的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、预后等因素的关系。方法应用免疫化法检测58例鼻咽癌组织和20例慢性鼻咽炎症组织中pl4ARF、mdm2>p53表达情况。结果(l)pl4ARF、mdm2、p53在鼻咽癌组织和慢性鼻咽炎症组织中的阳性表达率分别为31.0%、41.4%、65.5%和100%、0、0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑵Speannan和关分析表明,鼻咽癌组织中pl

2、4ARF、mdm2>p53三者表达之间均无相关性;(3)pl4ARF、mdm2>p53表达与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移、分期、性别、年龄无关;(4)Kaplan-Meier分析方法显示鼻咽癌组织中mdm2表达与生存时间相关(Pv0.05);pl4ARF、p53表达与生存时间无关。结论pl4ARF、mdm2>p53可能参与了鼻咽癌的发生;mdm2表达可作为预测鼻咽癌放疗预后的一项参考指标。【关键词】鼻咽肿瘤;pl4ARF;mdm2;p53;免疫组织化学Theexpressionandclinicalsignificanceofpl4ARF,mdm2,p53pro
