5、inistrativedutiesortheprovisionofpublicservicesintheprocessofproduction,gainormasterinaccordancewiththeserulesshallbepublishedonpaper,film,video,magnetictapes,disks,andotherelectronicstoragematerialsandothercarriertoreflecttheperformanceoftheeconomic
