1、瑞安市健康体检人群高尿酸血症患病率调查及相关危险因素分析摘要：目的关于对瑞安市健康体检人群高尿酸血症患病率调查及相关危险因索的分析。方法回顾性分析于2012年1月~2012年10月在瑞安市人民医院红十字分院体检中心进行健康体检的所有年龄>20岁人群，进行相关筛选后，共有55025例完整的体检资料符合本次的调研内容，对资料进行归类分析，探讨引起高尿酸血症的相关危险因素及其发病率。结果在本次的调研中,发生髙尿酸血症的患者有9420例(17.12%),其中男性7812例(22.9%)(95%CI：21.89%〜23.91%),女性1606例(
2、7.7%)(95%CI：6.7%〜8.5%),男性患病率明显高于女性，且两者之I'可具有明显的统计学差异(/二1267.121,v二1,P二0.001)。以高尿酸血症(有二1,无二0)作为因变量，将协变量删除和引入的概率分别设定为0.05和0.1,进行非条件性logistic线性回归分析，发现高尿酸血症的独立危险因素与性别、年龄、高血压、高甘油三酰血症、高胆固醇血症、低cGFR及肥胖密切相关，而高空腹血糖是高尿酸血症的保护性因素。结论体检人群高尿酸血症的患病率较高，需引起医务人员足够重视，注重健康宣教，通过规正生活习惯、倡导运动，降低人
