1、癫痫儿童焦虑抑郁情绪的评定与共患病临床研究【摘要】目的：通过不同情绪测试量表，探讨癫痫患儿心理障碍问题，为癫痫儿童共患精神疾病的诊断与治疗提供依据。方法：选取2012年9刀-2015年12刀青岛人学医学院附属医院收治的确诊为癫痫的儿童共100例作为癫痫组；选取同期来医院就诊治疗的非癫痫儿童100例作为对照组，均为非神经系统疾病患儿。采用汉帑尔顿焦虑虽表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及专门针对儿童的焦虑抑郁量表对癫痫患儿进行测试,并且对儿童多动症(ADHD)进行诊断记录。结果：癫痫组患儿的HAMA及HAHD总分

2、均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；癫痫组HAMA总分M14分及HAMD总分N20分的患儿比例均显著高于对照组，差异均冇统计学意义(P<0.05)；癫痫组抑郁症状213分、焦虑215分及共患ADHD的患儿比例均显著高于对照组，差异均冇统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：癫痫患儿出现精神异常的比例高于非癫痫患儿，采用各种不同虽表均能对癫痫患儿的情绪进行评定，临床对癫痫患儿的诊断与治疗应重视对儿童情绪的控制。【关键词】癫痫；儿童；焦虑；抑郁；情绪；评定；共患病[Abstract]Objective：Toexp
