1、关节镜下内固定治疗青少年胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折全文是否一致？请核对！临床分析陈昊1，郭林1，陈光兴1，何锐1，黄洪波1，朱佩海2，杨柳1(400038第三军医大学西南医院关节外科中心1；405400重庆，重庆市开县中医院骨科2)[摘要]目的探讨关节镜下复位、骨骺内固定技术治疗青少年胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折的近期疗效与再次关节镜探查骨折愈合情况。方法回顾分析我中心自2007－2010年采用该技术治疗的11例青少年胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折病例，其中男性8例，女性3，年龄（12.9+2.1）岁。门诊及电话随访至术后6个月至2年，9例患儿行关节镜下内固定取出时再探查。结合X线片并按Lysho

2、lm膝关节评分评价患膝功能。结果11例患儿骨折愈合良好，膝关节功能早期康复快，未发生内固定断裂、关节失稳、关节功能障碍等并发症，术前Lysholm膝关节评分平均66.1分，术后平均96.0分。结论关节镜下内固定治疗青少年胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折能及时诊断和处理患膝合并伤，有利于患膝功能恢复，可望在远期有效避免损伤青少年胫骨干骺端。[关键词]胫骨髁间嵴骨折；关节镜；内固定；青少年；骨骺[中图法分类号]R683.42[文献标志码]A[通信作者]杨柳，电话：（023）68765280，E-mail：jointsurgery@163.comTreatmentofthetibialint
