1、關嵋关菌多縮丿轴析2018-03-2910:29:58中国现代医生2018年6期林志波黄海忠任燕妮［摘要］戸的探討儿童过敏性紫瘢行西替利嗪联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年1月〜2017年“月84例儿童过敏性紫瘢患儿并分组。对照组用西替利嗪行常规治疗，联合用药组行西替利嗪联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗。比较两组儿童过敏性紫瘢转归率；皮肤紫瘢、腹部症状、下肢症状消失时间、尿检恢复正常时间；干预前后患儿血浆免疫球蛋白水平、血浆组胺水平、炎症水平；药物不良反应出现率。结果联合用药组儿童过敏性紫瘢转归率高于对照组(PvO.05)；联合用药组皮朕紫瘢、腹部症状

2、、下肢症状消失时间、尿检恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；干预前两组血浆免疫球蛋白水平、血浆组胺水平、炎症水平相近(P>0.05)；干预后联合用药组血浆免疫球蛋白水平、血浆组胺水平、炎症水平优于对照组(P<0.05)o两组均未出现严重不良反应(P>0.05)o结论儿童过敏性紫瘢行西替利嗪联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗的疗效确切，优于单一用药，可更好降低血浆免疫球蛋白水平、血浆组胺水平、炎症水平，加速症状和检查结果复常，缩短疗程，无明显副作用，安全有效。［关键词］儿童过敏性紫瘢；西替利嗪；卡介菌多糖核酸［中图分类号］R683.4［文献标识码］B［文章编1673-97
