1、泪道插管术与泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效比较汶永权杨格强凤翔县妇幼保健院眼科西安市中心医院眼科摘要：口的比较泪道插管术和泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年2月至2016年8院收治的70例慢性泪囊炎患者的临床资料,并依据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，毎组35例。观察组患者采用泪道插管术治疗，对照组患者釆用泪囊鼻腔吻合术。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者显效29例，有效5例，无效1例，治疗总有效率为97.14%;对照组患者显效7例，有效16例，无效12例，治疗总有效率为65.71%
