3、ficulttocommunicatebetweendifferenteducationsystems,hindertheinteroperabilitybetweenthesystems・Asaresult,therearemanycompaniesontheinternationslinstitutionsandacademicorganizationscommittedtothedevelopmentofnetworkeducationtechnologystandardwork,andhasproducedalargenumberofs
4、tandardizedwork.Suchastheinternationalassociationofelectricalandelectronicsengineers(IEEE)hassetupaLearningTechnologyStandardCommittee(LearningTechnologyStandardCommittee,(lom)fromIEEELTSC),organizeforcestocarryouttherelevantstandardsofresearchwork,hasnowformedtheIEEEpl484St
5、andardsystem.Theplatformandmediastandardreferencespecificationisthestandardfortheeducationenvironmentinthemodernremoteeducationspecification(CELTS)・ReferenceplatformandmediaStandardsspecification(hereinafterreferredtoastheplatformandmediaStandards)belongstotheCELTSsystemofte
6、achingenvironmentStandards(i.e.theCELTS-17)isdesignedtokeeptheeducationsystemforexistingbetweencompleteplatform(suchasbrowser,operatingsystem,etc・)ofcompatibility,thedescriptionofthebasictechnicalfeaturesinthesystemtoregulate,formAstandardreferencedocuments(AStandardsProfile
