2、enCIChildrenandNormalChildren易海燕1刘巧云2YIHai-yan,LIUQiao-yun【摘要】目的研究人工耳蜗植入儿童与健听儿童在179项音位对比式听觉识别能力上存在的具体差异,为听障儿童的听觉康复提供参考和建议。方法采用自编的儿童音位对比式听觉识别测试软件对14名学前人工耳蜗植入儿童和90名学前健听儿童进行测试。结果①3~5岁健听儿童言语识别率存在显著年龄差异,性别差异不显著;②对健听儿童和CI儿童而言,韵母识别率均高于声母识别率;③除卷舌音识别外,CI儿童其它五组声母识别能力和全部韵母识别能力均低于同
3、龄健听儿童;④对人工耳蜗植入儿童而言,韵母4个分测验中前后鼻音识别最难,不同结构、相同开口及结构的识别其次,不同开口音的识别最容易。结论人工耳蜗植入儿童与健听儿童音位对比式听觉识别能力存在一定差异。【关键词】人工耳蜗植入;音位对比;听觉识别【Abstract】PurposeThisstudyinvestigatedthedifferenceof179phonemiccontrastauditoryrecognitionabilitiesbetweencochlearimplantchildrenandhealthyhearingchi

5、ferencesinspeechrecognitionrateamongthe3-5yearoldhealthyhearingchildren,butthegenderdifferencewasnotsignificant.ForhealthychildrenandCIchildren,thefinalrecognitionratewashigherthantheinitialrecognitionrate.Inadditiontocacuminalrecognition,CIchildren'sotherfivegroupsofin
6、itialrecognitionabilityandallvowelrecognitionabilitywaslowerthanthatofnormalhearingchildren.ForCIchildren,itisthemostdifficulttodistinguishthenasalstructuresfromthefourvowels,thedifferentstructures,thesameopeningsandthestructuralrecognition.Secondly,therecognitionofdiff
