2、疾病防治机构、健康教育机构、妇幼保健机构、急救中心（站）、采供血机构、卫生监督机构、卫生部门主管的计划生育技术服务中心。4.公立医院指经济类型为国有和集体办的医院。5.民营医院指公立医院以外的其他医院，包括联营、股份合作、私营、台港澳投资和外国投资等医院。6．东部地区包括北京、天津、河北、辽宁、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、山东、广东、海南11个省（市），中部地区包括黑龙江、吉林、山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南8个省，西部地区包括内蒙古、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆12个省(区、市）。7．城市包括直辖市和地级市辖区。农村
