3、NSUREBYRECIPROCITY3.01Eligibility3.01.1Applicantsshallholdorbeeligibletoholdavalidorexpiredprovisional,initialorstandardteachinglicensefromanotherstateorcountry.3.01.2Anyapplicantthathascompletedateacherpreparationprogramfromanotherstateorcountrybutdidnotlicense.3.02GeneralRequirements3.0

4、2.1Applicantsforlicensurethroughreciprocityshallcompletetheapplicationform,criminalbackgroundcheckandprovideacopyofacurrentorexpiredteachinglicense,verificationofthreeyearsteachingexperience,and/orcopiesoftestscoresrequiredforout-of-stateorout-of-countrylicensureandofficialtranscriptsrefl

5、ectingthecompletionofBachelor’sDegree(Master’sDegreewhenrequired)fromaNationalCouncilforAccreditationofTeachingEducation(NCATE)orregionallyaccreditedinstitutionofhighereducation.3.02.2Applicantsforlicensurethroughreciprocityholdingacurrentout-of-stateorout-of-countryteachinglicenseandcurr

6、entcertificationfromtheNationalBoardofProfessionalTeachingStandards(NBPTS),shallbeeligibleforthefive-yearstandardteachingADE170-1licenseuponsubmissionofacompletedapplicationform,officialtranscripts,copyofcurrentout-of-stateorout-of-countryteachinglicenseandsuccessfulcompletionoftherequire

7、dbackgroundchecks3.02.3Teacherslicensingthroughreciprocitywithlessthanone-yearofteachingexperienceshallparticipateinthementoringprogramduringthefirstyearofteaching.ThePraxisIIIPerformanceAssessmentshallnotberequiredforteachersholdingacurrentorexpiredstandardout-of-s
