7、能工作绩效考核评估办法为提高公共机构能源利用效率，依法推进全市公共机构节能工作，建设节约型机关，强化目标责任，确保年度节能目标实现，根据《吉林省公共机构节能办法》，制定本办法。一、考核评估目的以科学发展观为指导，以提高公共机构能源利用效率为核心，以建设节约型机关为目标，以节电、节水、节油、节气和节约办公用品为重点，以办公建筑能耗和车辆交通能耗为突破口，提高公共机构用能管理水平，建立目标明确、责任落实的全市公共机构节能目标责任制，全面促进年度节能目标落实。二、考核评估指标公共机构节能分为市直、县（市
