1、东北师范大学对外经贸学院本科毕业论文中文摘要2003年9月15日，新华社发布了令人震惊的消息：11名新闻记者（其中有4名新华社记者）在采访山西繁峙矿难过程中，收受当地有关负责人及非法矿主贿送的现金和金元宝，上演了一出“有偿不闻”的丑剧。近年来，我国新闻职业道德失范现象层出不穷，大有愈演愈烈之势。对于种种有违新闻职业道德的现象，业内人士或专家在分析其内在原因时给出了不同看法。有的学者认为这是忽视新闻职业道德教育所造成的，有的则认为缺少监督机构。但无论如何分析这一原因，其实它们都与新闻道德有关。对于各种形
2、式的违背新闻道德的现象，我们的社会必须做出应有的反应，而且必须通过一系列的措施来彻底解决。近年来，业界及政府对道德失范也进行了一系列的整治，并出台了一系列的规约，但效果并不明显。因此，在新的形势下探索造成新闻职业道德失范的原因，实属当务之急。山西“繁峙矿难”中所发生的记者受贿案是近年来职业道德失范事件中具有典型意义的案例，本文将以山西“繁峙矿难”为例，从新闻职业道德在转型期中的缺失、新闻职业道德法规的缺位、新闻工作者自身存在问题三个方面来探究新闻职业道德失范的原因。希望这一研究对我国新闻界的职业道德建
