1、重庆地区羊传染性脓疱与病原菌混合感染的检测与分析许国洋1,付利芝1,徐登峰1,龙小飞2,陈朝洪2,李龙2,张素辉1*(1.重庆市畜牧科学院,重庆荣昌402460,2.重庆市武隆区畜牧兽医局,重庆武隆408500)摘要:采集山羊口唇部痂皮,通过PCR检测、MDBK细胞培养、电镜观察、间接免疫荧光(IFA)检测对羊传染性脓疱病毒进行系统鉴定,同时,分离培养病灶部位主要病原菌,进行分子鉴定、致病性和药敏试验检测,初步分析病原特性。结果表明,共分离到1株羊传染性脓疱病毒,3种病原菌,通过对病原菌16Sr
2、DNA基因序列比对分析,发现其分别与多动物链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌同源性较高,在系统进化发育树中分别与其聚为一簇。致病性分析,发现多动物链球菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌对小鼠的致死率高达100%。3种病原菌主要侵染部位为小鼠心脏、肝脏和肺脏,能够引起肺脏和肝脏明显病变。药敏试验表明,3种菌均对舒巴坦、阿米卡星和培氟沙星等6种药物高度敏感。本研究首次从羊传染性脓疱病变部位分离到多动物链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌,为该病在重庆地区的流行特点和防治技术研究提供了理论依据。关键词:羊传染性
