2、意义。我的论文题目是《试论内部控制制度的作用》，本文从内部控制制度的内涵入手，介绍了建立内部控制制度时应考虑的主要因素，重点以“亚细亚”和“湘缆厂”为实例，分析了内部控制制度在企业管理中的重要作用，即：得控则强，失控则弱，无控则乱。最后结合现实，谈谈自己对建立有效内部控制制度途径的认识，以及内部控制制度的必然趋势。论文中基本做到了结构严谨，叙述简练。但由于水平有限，存在不少不足之处，希望老师批评指正。-27-北京理工大学毕业设计（论文）AbstractIt’sbeenoneofthemostpopulartopicstostrengthenandperfectthecom
