1、摘要为了解高校教师的职业满意度,本文以宿州学院教师为样本,设计调查问卷对该校教师职业满意度进行调查.利用EXCEL和SPSS16.0软件操作,对收集到的数据进行整理分析,结果发现,从总体上看,宿州学院教师对教师职业的满意度较高,约占总调查人数的91.34%,其中,在工作自身、工作环境、人际交流方面处于比较满意水平,在回报层面处于相对不满意水平.此外,不同系别、年龄、性别、学历的教师满意度存在差异,高校管理层应做出合理化决策,提高教师职业满意度.关键词:高校教师;职业满意度;问卷调查ABSTRACTInordertounderstandthedeg
