1、提高酒店管理学生英语交际能力研究Improvethestudents'Englishcommunicativeabilityofhotelmanagement摘要 随着各大酒店的国际化程度不断深入，对员工的素质、能力要求亦不断提高，“使用英语”的能力成为了在酒店工作必备的条件之一。面对市场，特别有必要加强职业英语教育以提高学生的就业竞争力。所以，现在的酒店管理专业学生一一即未来的酒店员工的英语交际能力受到越来越多的重视，英语交际能力成为了学校酒店管理专业学生的必备技能之一。但目前学生该项能力普遍较弱，不能适应社会需要，故如何解决此问题已
2、成为提高学校教育质量急待解决的问题之一。 本文对当前酒店人才的能力要求和学校酒店管理专业学生的英语交际能力的现状进行实际考察，从立足教育的英语学科定位及培养目标、教学模式、师生观念、评价体系等多种角度出发，分析阻碍学校酒店管理专业学生英语交际能力发展的原因，论述培养学校学生英语交际能力的实质，提出“深化职教理念、整合评价方法、变化师生角色、创新‘语言一技能互渗式’英语教学模式”的方案，希望这样一个方案能够较为有效地促使学校酒店管理专业学生英语交际能力的提高。关键词:酒店英语;英语交际能力Abstract Asthedegreeofin
